5. Transportation and delivery

5.1 Delivery: where and when

VELLSAM delivers its products from Monday to Friday. VELLSAM may only process orders destined for addresses that are located in any of the countries in which the transport agency contracted by VELLSAM has a service.

5.2 Delivery times

The delivery time consists of the sum of the order preparation time and the transit time of the shipment through the Transport Agency. The estimated times for the preparation of orders are 24 hours depending on the reception hours of the same in VELLSAM systems. To the preparation time must be added the time that the Transport Agency needs to make the delivery to the address indicated in the order (24 hours). The Web will inform the user of the name of the assigned Transportation agency, the type of service and its cost. The transit time can be calculated on the website of the transport agency. * VELLSAM will try to make deliveries on time as far as possible.
